By installing or using Ball Sort ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

Ball Sort is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may install it on your own devices. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or tamper with the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Virtual items

Stars, coins, trophies and collection items are part of gameplay. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data they are removed, because we do not keep an account for you.

Ads and purchases

The free version shows ads. Rewarded videos are optional. A one-time Remove Ads purchase is available through Google Play. Payments, refunds and purchase records are handled by Google Play under its terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features and levels at any time. We try to keep the app working but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
