Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
Ball Sort ("the app", "we") is an Android puzzle game published by Md Ashikur Rahman. This policy explains what information the app and this website use, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What stays on your device
Your game progress is stored on your device only: solved levels, stars, coins, daily rewards, trophies, collection items and settings. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
What we collect through the app
We use third-party services to understand how the app is used, adjust game settings and show ads. These services may collect the data in the table below.
| Service | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics (Google) | Understand which features are used and improve the game. Only runs after consent where consent is required. | App events such as level started or completed, device model, OS version, app version, approximate location from IP address, and a random app instance ID |
| Firebase Remote Config (Google) | Adjust game settings, such as reward amounts, without an app update | App instance ID and basic device information |
| Google AdMob | Show ads, including optional rewarded ads, in the free version | Advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions. Personalized ads only where you have agreed. |
| Google Play Billing | Process the one-time Remove Ads purchase | Handled by Google Play. We receive confirmation that you own the purchase. We never see your payment details. |
If you buy Remove Ads, the app does not show ads.
Advertising and consent
Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent using Google's consent tool before showing personalized ads or running analytics. You can change your choice from the app settings when the option is shown, or reset your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings, Privacy, Ads). Watching a rewarded video is always optional. Learn how Google uses data from partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads, send analytics, fetch settings and check for purchases.
- Vibration: for tap and error feedback. You can turn this off in the app settings.
How we use the information
We use it to run and improve the game, show ads and process purchases. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make decisions that have legal effects on you.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it under their own terms and privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Analytics data held by Google is kept for a limited period set by Google, currently up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics event data.
Your choices and rights
- Uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Change or withdraw consent where the app offers the option.
- You may ask us to access or delete data we hold about you by emailing us. Because we do not keep an account for you, we may need your app instance ID to find analytics data.
Children
Ball Sort is a general audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be shown in the app or on this page.
