These terms apply to Color Block Blast Combo ("the app"), published by DiverseKit. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The app is free to download and play.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app or its artwork, music and characters.
• Reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
• Use the app in a way that breaks the law or the Google Play terms.

Ownership

The app, its name, the character Pip, and all of its art, sound and code belong to DiverseKit or its licensors.

Your progress

Game progress is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

Updates

We may update the app to add content, fix problems or change features. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DiverseKit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If we do, we will update the date above.
